Frozen Healthy Egg Whites are shipped Fed Ex or DHL ground (4-5 days) or US Postal Service (2-3 days) methods.
 Shipments are processed within a 24-hour period. You egg whites are boxed in a Styrofoam cooler like box and shipped frozen they may arrive frozen, partially frozen, thawed this is typical. Upon arrival refrigerate immediately!
